What we collect on this website
When you book a consult through our scheduling platform or contact the office by phone or email, we collect the information you provide (typically name, email, optionally a phone number, your child's age, and your message). Please do not submit urgent symptoms or sensitive clinical details through regular email.
Like most websites we also use standard analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity when configured, to understand how visitors use the site. These services collect de-identified data such as the pages you visit, your approximate location (city/region), device type, and referrer.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, send you requested resources, or schedule the appointment you booked. We do not sell or rent your information.
If you subscribe to future email updates, you may receive periodic emails about our services, new content, and practice updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
HIPAA-protected health information
Information collected through this website (the marketing site) is not "Protected Health Information" under HIPAA. PHI is only collected within the established clinical relationship via OptiMantra (our HIPAA-compliant practice management platform), see our HIPAA notice.

Children
This website is intended for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
